Create a Program

Create a new program from scratch, adjust settings and learn how to navigate the Program Editor.

Create a new program

  1. Go to Manage Programs and click Create in the top-right corner.
  2. Enter a name for your program.
    • Don’t worry about getting it perfect — you can rename the program later.
  3. The program is created as Private by default.

Open the program editor

  1. After the program appears in your list, click the pen icon to open it.
  2. When you open your new program for the first time, you’ll land on the Program Enrollment page. Fill in:
    1. Difficulty level
    2. Program description
    3. Learning goals (you can add up to four)

Design and preview

  1. Use the Design tab to build your program content.
  2. Switch to Preview anytime to see how it will appear for your learners.

Edit user access

  1. Click Edit user access in the top-right corner.
  2. Choose one of the following access levels:
    • Private
    • Everyone in your organization
    • Advanced access
  3. Click Save.
  4. For detailed guidance, see Edit User Access.

Auto-save and publish options

  1. Your work is auto-saved as you make changes.
  2. Click Publish Changes to make updates immediately visible to your learners.
  3. Click Done to exit the Program Editor.
