Start the Simulator from the Dashboard

Launch a simulation session with the Corsmed MRI Simulator from your dashboard using the sandbox.

Navigate to the sandbox on your dashboard

  1. As you enter the Corsmed MRI Simulator and LMS, you will land on the Dashboard.
  2. From the Dashboard, locate the Sandbox section.

Select an anatomical model

  1. Click Select a model in the sandbox.
  2. Choose an anatomical model from the dropdown list.
  3. Click Start simulator.

Anatomical models (also referred to as digital patients) represent different body regions and include specific characteristics relevant to your learning or teaching goals.

Handle the session manager

After clicking Start simulator, the Session Manager will appear.

  1. If you see No active sessions, click Continue.

  2. If you see Only 1 active session allowed…:

    • Review your existing session, or click Close session to start a new one.
    • Click Continue.

Launch the simulator

  1. The Corsmed MRI Simulator opens in a new browser tab, and you’re ready to begin your simulation.

If nothing opens, verify that you allow pop-ups / new tabs for the Corsmed Training platform in your browser settings.
