Why can't I run my pulse sequence?
There are several reasons why a pulse sequence may not run:
The sequence is not ready to be run
-
If a sequence shows a grey pencil icon, it means required settings are missing.
-
-
Double-click the sequence to open it.
-
Set all required parameters and slice positions.
-
Save the sequence.
-
Once it’s ready, a gold check mark will appear, indicating it can be run.
One or more parameters are set incorrectly
If a parameter is set outside the allowed range or conflicts with another parameter, the sequence cannot be saved or run.
When this happens, the simulator will display a notification explaining what needs to be adjusted.
The sequence is not at the top of the Pulse Sequence List
The simulator runs sequences from top to bottom.
- Make sure the sequence you want to run is positioned at the top.
- Drag and drop it to the top if needed.
Another simulation is already running
Only one simulation experiment can run at a time. If a scan is already in progress, wait for it to finish before starting a new one.
