FAQ - Why does my simulator not start after pressing Continue?

Sometimes, depending on the browser that you are using, the Simulator may not start if you have a pop-up blocker installed.

At times, a pop-up blocker may prevent the simulation session from initiating. This issue can arise from built-in browser features, such as those found in Safari, or from extensions that have been previously installed, like Google AdBlock or similar tools.

To resolve this, please inspect any Chrome extensions you have that might block pop-ups and consider disabling them specifically for the website training.corsmed.com. Rest assured, it is safe to do so as our platform does not feature any advertisement pop-ups.

If you are using Safari, navigate to Settings > Website > Pop-up Window and enable the training.corsmed.com website to ensure simulation sessions can start properly.

After making these adjustments, restart your browser to apply the changes, and you should be able to begin your simulation sessions.
