Why does my simulator not start?
In most cases, the simulator does not start because a pop-up blocker is preventing the simulation window from opening. This can be caused by built-in browser settings (such as in Safari) or by browser extensions like ad blockers.
How to fix it:
- Chrome: Check your installed extensions and disable any pop-up or ad-blocking tools for https://training.corsmed.com/. This is safe to do—our platform does not use advertising pop-ups.
- Safari: Go to Settings → Websites → Pop-up Windows, then allow pop-ups for https://training.corsmed.com/.
After updating your settings, restart your browser to apply the changes. You should then be able to start the simulator normally.
