After clicking “Run simulation” on any module, you will open a new page with the MRI interface.
The interface can be divided into the following 4 sections:
- Three image viewers (middle)
- Pulse sequence and protocol list (bottom left)
- Pulse sequence parameters window (bottom right)
- Settings and tools -bar
