Double clicking a sequence in the list opens the pulse sequence parameters.
The pulse sequence parameter settings are used to change the SNR, image contrasts, simulation times and more. By double clicking a loaded pulse sequence, the parameter settings window is shown in the bottom right of the interface, as seen below.
Indicators for relative SNR, voxel sizes, image plane orientation and real life scan-time IRL will always be seen on the bottom right. Other settings are shown in different tabs. After a slice has been set, click the save button to save the sequence before running.
